Sandblasting
We have two sandblasting units that are capable of handling large, heavy and unusual shaped objects. Our sandblasting units feature full adjustability and a state-of-the-art recirculation system meaning your metal is not blasted with old paint, rust or dirt. All this creates the perfect surface texture for powder adhesion whether the item is made out of steel, aluminium or has undergone galvanizing. With an overhead swing arm our largest blaster is designed to reduce operator fatigue and allow easier access to the areas that need blasting meaning greater powder adhesion and a nicer, longer lasting finish.
Powder booths
Featuring two custom designed and built powder booths we have the flexibility to coat large items and parts with intricacies. We regularly work on items up to 3m x 2.4m x 1.8m and have capability to handle longer items.
Our booths feature strong dust extraction fans, which along with a blow down procedure will limit any surface contaminants from becoming trapped between the metal and powder layers, minimizing any potential imperfections in the finish. Lighting is strategically placed to enhance visibility when coating and our range of Swiss designed and manufactured powder guns are carefully selected as appropriate for the job.
Oven
At 10m in length there isn’t much that our oven can’t accommodate. With full temperature and time control our oven is able to perform any necessary function from running a degas cycle through to curing zinc undercoat and all common topcoats. With custom built racks and purpose-built flow management there isn’t much we cant handle
